Position: Assistant in Nursing

Pay rate:Up to $40.85 per hour (incl casual loading) plus Super
Location: Port Macquarie and Mid North Coast

About the role:
We're looking for caring and dedicated AINs who bring not just experience, but a warm, positive attitude. If you're someone who loves helping others and wants to make a real difference in people's daily lives, we'd love to have you on our nursing team.
What your day will look like:
* Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time
* Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care
* Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting
* Implement interventions in line with individual care plans
* Accurately document client interactions using cloud-based software
* Assist with medication management
* Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met
* Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment
You must have:
* Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance
* Current Working with Children's Check
* National Police Check
* Current NDIS Worker screening check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Evidence of current flu vaccination
* Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations
* At least 12 months experience working within a facility and/or in community environment
* Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia
* Excellent communication skills
* Above all else, an absolute love for helping others
