About the role
WCC Kitchens & Cabinets Pty Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality custom-made kitchens, laundries, vanities, wardrobes and various storage/display units who are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. This full-time position is based in Stapylton, QLD 4207, and will involve the installation of custom-made kitchens laundries, vanities, wardrobes and various storage/display units for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* Safely and efficiently install kitchen cabinetry components according to customer specifications and company standards.
* Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the installation process and final product.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that may arise.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.
* Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our installation processes and procedures.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a cabinet or kitchen installer, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry is preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong carpentry and hand tool skills, with the ability to work with a variety of materials and finishes.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid manual driver's license and reliable transportation to Stapylton, QLD.
* Physical capability to lift heavy items and work at heights.
* Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent trade qualification highly regarded.
* This position is available as soon as you are!
* Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
