About the Role
We're looking for an organised and motivated Administration Support Officer to join our team. This role supports a variety of departments including the workshop, accounts, and general office operations.
Perfect for someone with admin experience or anyone looking to start their career in business administration – with the option of a traineeship leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
What You'll Do
· Assist with workshop admin: job scheduling, invoicing, reporting & warranty claims.
· Support accounts payable: enter invoices, reconcile statements, file records.
· General office support: supplies ordering, mail, staff uniforms, event planning.
· Data entry: fuel tax credits, vehicle registrations, fleet support.
What We're Looking For
· Organised, reliable, and willing to learn.
· Strong communication and attention to detail.
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Experience with Xero/workshop software is helpful (training provided).
· For trainees: no prior experience needed – just a great attitude and work ethic.
