Your Duties:
* Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
* Client liason
* Managing all freight
* Managing small team
* Preparing and maintaining client status reports for key clients
* General administration duties
About you:
* Experience in the freight industry (essential)
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
