Our Online Sales Hub sits at the centre of every sale, where first impressions are made and deals start to take shape.
Based in Pakenham, you’ll be managing and converting leads across both the Pakenham CARCO and Berwick Mitsubishi, giving you consistent exposure to volume and opportunity.
If you’re confident on the phone, know how to build rapport quickly and can guide a customer from enquiry through to purchase, this role gives you the platform to do it consistently.
A Day in the Life
You come in with a pipeline ready to go.
Inbound enquiries, warm leads and customers already in market. You’re on the phone early, building momentum and moving conversations forward.
But you’re not waiting around for the next opportunity. You’re actively working your pipeline, making outbound calls, following up leads and reengaging prospects to keep deals progressing.
You’re not just answering questions, you’re guiding the sale. Handling objections, building trust and keeping control of the conversation.
Follow ups are tight, your pipeline is active and nothing gets left sitting. You’re working multiple deals at once and building consistency through volume and discipline.
It’s fast, it’s focused and it’s built around results.
About You
You’re confident on the phone and know how to turn a conversation into a result.
You’re comfortable managing both inbound enquiries and outbound follow up. You know how to keep deals progressing.
You build rapport quickly, ask the right questions and guide customers toward a decision. You’re confident handling objections and know how to keep conversations on track.
You understand that results come from consistency. You stay on top of your pipeline, follow up when it matters and keep deals moving.
You’re resilient. Not every call converts, and that doesn’t throw you. You reset quickly and stay focused on what’s next.
You bring proven experience from a high volume, phone based sales environment. Dealership experience is ideal, but backgrounds in telco, solar or similar are also highly regarded.
Most importantly, you’re here to perform and motivated by earning potential.
