Experienced Cooks Wanted
We are seeking a team of experienced cooks to join our kitchen team at Byron Bay. As one of Australia's premier tourist destinations, we offer a unique hospitality experience that combines quality food with live music and entertainment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen and hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. They will also possess strong organisation and attention to detail skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves cooking and presenting dishes across different kitchen sections, maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety, and commitment to delivering exceptional product and service.
