About the Role:
We're seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven Commercial Analyst to join our team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, supporting our business to make informed commercial decisions that drive profitability and efficiency.
Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders across the business, you'll be responsible for pricing analysis, job costing oversight, procurement management, and financial planning. You'll leverage our AroFlo system to ensure data integrity, provide actionable insights on project performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

About You:
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in a commercial experience, or similar business analysis role
* Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
* Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and manipulation
* Experience with ERP/job management systems (AroFlo experience highly regarded)
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost control principles
