Role Overview
Associate Structural Engineer in Newcastle office, supporting the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in industrial, water, and energy markets. You will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, collaborate with cross‐functional teams, and ensure high‐quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Ensure project deliverables meet industry regulations and quality standards.
* Collaborate with architects, clients, and other disciplines to develop innovative and cost‐effective solutions.
* Support structural asset management and assessment activities.
* Develop and deliver project plans, reports, and design submissions.
Qualifications
* Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Significant experience in structural design within industrial, water, or energy markets.
* Organised and excellent technical and communication skills.
* Collaboration and commitment to continuous learning and career progression.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and drive successful project outcomes.
