We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our administrative operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels
* Prepare outgoing mail, courier packages, and shipping documentation
* Maintain accurate mailing logs and delivery records
* Coordinate with postal and courier service providers
* Ensure confidential documents are handled securely
* Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
* Support internal document circulation within departments

Requirements

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
* Valuable communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and qualified attitude
* Previous office or mailroom experience is an advantage but not essential
