You will work closely with our marketing team to support festive events and surprise-and-delight moments. You must be confident in providing customers assistance in a busy retail setting and always be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers.
The Ideal Candidate
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers.
- Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
- Welcome guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs. Provide helpful directions and advice and offer alternative solutions when needed.
