Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and courteous customer service to motorcycle owners.
* Accurately diagnose and estimate repair costs for motorcycle servicing and maintenance.
* Communicate with customers to provide regular updates on the status of their motorcycle repairs.
* Efficiently process warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers to ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain detailed records of all service and warranty work performed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with warranty claims management software.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
