Strata Client Manager Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional to take on a leadership position within our strata team. As a client manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new account acquisition and retention of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on insurance programs
* Promote proactive account management and service delivery to meet client needs
* Monitor and optimize service delivery across quoting, renewals, and claims
* Cultivate new business opportunities with the account manager
* Foster a culture of excellence within the team, acting as a daily escalation point.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance broking experience
* Holding of a Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate
* Expert knowledge in strata insurance highly valued
* Ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels
* Capacity to identify and develop new business opportunities.
