A leading Australian non-bank lender is seeking an experienced Lending Manager to drive profitable lending growth through broker and distribution partnerships.
This is a commercially focused relationship role, working closely with existing and new referrers to structure lending solutions, grow partner utilisation, and deliver high quality lending outcomes across a real estate lending portfolio.
You will operate at the intersection of origination, credit structuring, and partner engagement; playing a key role in driving new business opportunities while maintaining strong credit quality and portfolio performance.
The role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of broker and distribution partner relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for lending scenarios, structuring queries, and product solutions. The role will also involve running partner workshops, supporting deal flow, and providing market intelligence to product and credit stakeholders.
This is a position with strong internal collaboration across lending, credit, and product teams to deliver competitive and pragmatic lending outcomes.
Key focus areas
* Manage and grow a portfolio of broker and referrer relationships
* Provide guidance on lending scenarios including structuring, pricing and credit policy queries
* Deliver training and education sessions to referrers on product solutions and performance
* Provide feedback to partners on application quality and portfolio performance
* Run regular partner workshops with clear commercial objectives
* Collaborate with internal credit and lending teams to solve complex deal scenarios
* Respond to partner queries on product, policy and process to facilitate efficient deal execution
* Provide structured market intelligence and insights to internal stakeholders
About you
We are interested in speaking with individuals who bring:
* Experience within non-bank lending, mortgage lending, or credit products
* A strong broker or referrer network
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
* A commercial mindset with a solutions-focused approach to structuring deals
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Experience as a Non-Bank BDM, Broker Relationship Manager, or in a credit-facing distribution role will be highly regarded.
