Are you passionate about IT support and ready to develop your skills in a Level 1-2 Service Desk role? 
We're looking for a friendly, hands-on support officer to join our client's team in the Scenic Rim region.

Responsibilities 
Provide IT support through walk-ups, phone calls, and emails 
Assist a wide variety of users — from tradespeople like plumbers to field workers 
Support approximately 400 end users in a fast-paced service desk setting 
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed 
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude 
Qualifications 
Experience or interest in a service desk or IT support role (Level 1-2) 
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse users 
Ability to work full-time onsite in Scenic Rim 
Willingness to learn quickly and grow within the role 
Reliable, customer-focused, and a great team player
