About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Installation Manager to oversee the installation of custom kitchens for our growing Gold Coast business. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Cabinet Maker or Shopfitter who is ready to step into a management position or someone with kitchen installation management/oversight experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen installation.
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and trades.
- Conduct site inspections, verify measurements, and troubleshoot technical issues as required.
- Act as point of escalations and problem‑solve issues arising during installations.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, building codes, and client expectations.
- Liaise with clients and factory teams to deliver smooth project flow.
- Develop schedules, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Manage site documentation, variations, and installation reporting.
About You
- Qualified Cabinet Maker or Shopfitter (essential).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in kitchen installations or related joinery/fit‑out work.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation techniques.
- Proven ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Current manual driver’s license; own tools an advantage.
