Community Healthcare Professional
Your career in healthcare made personal.
At Medibank, we've recently unified our health services under one brand. We have over 1000 employees, including nurses, GPs and other allied health professionals who are dedicated to improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.
The Opportunity
Whether you're an experienced physiotherapist or a recent graduate, we invite you to become part of our passionate team delivering care in the community across Geelong and surrounding areas. This full-time role is all about empowering individuals to live their best lives—supporting them to achieve their goals and participate fully in everyday activities.
You'll work with a diverse client base, providing services through various programs, including:
* Private Services – Tailored support for individuals with self-identified needs
* Rehabilitation in the Home – Post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
* Hospital in the Home – Support following general hospital stays
* Home Care Packages – Helping clients maintain independence at home
About You
You're AHPRA-registered, passionate about person-centred care, and thrive working independently in a community setting. You'll be mobile across Geelong, so a reliable vehicle is essential (we offer kilometre reimbursement). If you're considering relocating, we may be able to assist with a relocation allowance.
Why Work with Us?
We offer a collaborative team culture with guidance from experienced senior clinicians, flexible work arrangements, ongoing professional development with up to $1000 CPD allowance and internal training modules, and meaningful work that makes a real impact.
Perks
We offer private health insurance subsidies, wellness and health programs, rewards and discounts in attractions, cinema, hotels and more.
