Senior Store Leader Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* To embody the store's DNA by consistently showcasing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
* To drive a selling culture that exceeds KPIs by coaching and supporting team members in their growth and development.
* To utilize data insights to support operational decisions through collaboration with senior management and fellow team members.
* To facilitate open communication among team members by providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
* To serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Prior retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* A hands-on leader who is passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the brand.
* Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
