About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Educator with an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification to join our team. This role suits a passionate and reliable educator who is confident in delivering quality educational programs and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
You will work alongside other educators to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing, while implementing engaging curriculum experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQF.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and child assessments using online documentation systems
* Support and maintain safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments
* Build respectful and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
* Engage in reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Follow all service policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Advocate for children's rights and support inclusive practices
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Minimum 1 year experience working in an early learning setting
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
* Experience using online curriculum and documentation platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and child-centred practice
