Someone to be part of something exciting! This is a unique 2-year fixed-term opportunity based in Sydney, offering flexibility and variety across office, site, and home.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the delivery and handover landscape maintenance projects
- Assist in managing landscape projects across multiple communities, ensuring time, cost, and quality standards are met.
- Manage inspections, maintenance checks, and handover processes to councils.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
- Contribute to planning, design, and delivery strategies for parks, places, and open spaces.
- Help maintain Stockland’s reputation for excellence and sustainability in landscape development.
About You
You’re passionate about creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces and thrive in a role where you can learn and grow. This role is ideal for graduates or those early in their career looking to grow in landscape project management. You’re looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while making a meaningful impact on communities.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Tertiary qualification in Landscape, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding landscape practices and construction approval processes (DA, CC, OC).
- Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills with councils, contractors, and developers.
- Horticultural knowledge and experience in maintenance landscaping (desirable).
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
