What you'll be doing
* Build customer‐facing product experiences, prototypes, and integrations across web and mobile platforms
* Work directly with customers and partners to support onboarding, integrations, and experimentation
* Contribute to product and interaction design, collaborating with Design and using shared design tools and patterns
* Create proof‐of‐concepts, demos, sample applications, and reference implementations that showcase platform capabilities
* Translate technical concepts into clear implementation guidance, including diagrams, documentation, and architectural patterns
* Gather insights from customer usage and feedback, feeding them back into product direction and roadmap discussions
* Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to share learnings from prototypes and customer engagements
* Keep a close eye on industry trends and emerging standards in digital identity and trust
* Help lift the bar on security, scalability, reliability, and platform quality across what we deliver
* Share knowledge, patterns, and reusable assets that help scale the team's impact
What you'll bring
* A full‐stack engineering background with solid experience in TypeScript and modern React‐based frameworks
* A strong interest in UX and product design, with hands‐on experience using Figma or similar tools
* Experience building customer‐facing products, including prototypes or proof‐of‐concepts
* Confidence engaging directly with customers, listening, presenting, and collaborating on solutions
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences
* A product mindset – you care about usability, clarity, and adoption, not just technical correctness
* Strong stakeholder‐management skills and a collaborative, relationship‐driven approach
* Comfort working with global teams and customers across time zones
