Project role – Footscray location

Your new role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-profile community project. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm) offered as an ongoing temporary contract until February 2026. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings and documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are met. You’ll also maintain SharePoint sites, format Word documents to a high standard, and work confidently in Excel—including formulas and data tracking.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Experience working on projects, particularly within SharePoint, is essential. You’ll be confident formatting documents, managing stakeholder relationships, and juggling competing priorities with professionalism and clarity.
