Job Summary
The role entails providing administrative support to a team, encompassing tasks such as record keeping, database management, analysis of data, and reporting.
About the Position:
* Support a training assessment team by maintaining accurate records, managing databases, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
* Update learner information systems, prepare and disseminate training materials, and assist trainers and assessors with monitoring progress.
Requirements:
* Administrative experience, proficiency in office systems, and high-level communication skills.
* Excellent time management, organisational skills, and IT competence, including Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Student Management, Learning Management, and Customer Relationship Management Systems.
* Desirable: experience in VETrak, Moodle, and Salesforce, as well as working for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
