About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Mental Health Inpatient Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
