Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will manage and develop the preventative maintenance plan, resources including materials and labour and management of the CMMS.In This Role You WillChampion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.Manage the planning for our Gyprock Factory site ensuring materials are available for works planned.Maintain Preventive, Predictive and Proactive Maintenance activities.Management of the site forklift fleet.Management of the site condition monitoring program undertaking improvements as required.Inputting PM into SAP is required.What You Bring To The RoleTrade qualifications (Electrical and/or Mechanical) or Engineering background ideal but not essential.Strong safety awareness.Experience with SAP.Microsoft skills including word and excel.Willingness to learn and develop your career.Attention to detail.Decision making skills.What we offerWe Strive To Support Your Professional And Personal Growth.
