Job Title: Claims and Injury Management SpecialistAbout the Role:Adbri is seeking a proactive and experienced specialist to join our team in Adelaide. You will manage workers compensation claims and support injured employees in their return to work through tailored programs and collaborative planning.
This role requires you to develop and implement return to work (RTW) plans in line with Adbri standards and legislation. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, providers, and regulators. Coordinate case conferences and ensure timely claim documentation. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and systems.
Responsibilities:

* Support reporting and continuous improvement in injury management processes.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in injury and claims management, ideally in self-insured environments.
* Knowledge of SA workers compensation legislation (WA and other states desirable).
* Experience managing RTW plans and using claims management platforms.
* Strong communication and project coordination skills.
* Experience working in a similar industry desirable.
