The Role & Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our People & Organisation team. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development ANZ, this role supports the L&D function through day-to-day coordination while providing learning and development advice to the Specsavers Support Teams.
You will work closely with the wider Learning & Development team to coordinate workshops and learning activities, including scheduling, registrations, communications, reporting, and the ongoing maintenance of the Learning Management System.
As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will also take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding experience for new starters. This includes ensuring onboarding modules and workshop content remain current and delivering a high‐quality induction workshop experience.
At Specsavers, we believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternative location, you will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
* Previous experience in a similar role within Learning & Development
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills, experienced in engaging groups of up to 30 people
* Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships with all levels of stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet strict deadlines and effectively balance competing demands
* Experience in working with a Learning Management System
