Join one of the global leaders in wind energy and make a meaningful impact. Vestas is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a 14-month maternity cover to support the seamless operation of Lake Bonney and Cannunda Wind Farms and the wider Region 2 sites.
You'll be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, autonomous environment based in the site office at Lake Bonney Windfarm, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
* Raise, maintain and reconcile site-based Purchase Orders and maintain the Purchase Order Register
* Process incoming site related invoices ensuring vendors are paid on time as per agreed payment terms
* Ordering of site PPE, Office supplies, and kitchen items
* Maintaining site records and registers ensuring data is up to date and contains accurate information
* Onboarding of New Vendors to Vestas, and maintaining Vendor data in Vestas' systems
* Adhoc duties as necessary, and other business activities that support the business achieve objectives
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience providing proactive and professional administrative and management support
* Advanced in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* SAP knowledge (desirable but not essential) or knowledge of similar ERP systems
Competencies:
* Experience in project management and a high level of organizational and planning skills
* Experience in customer invoicing and accounts receivable
* Experience in working in an autonomous environment and taking initiative
* Worked in an international business environment
* Ability to establish and maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
* Internal and External customer and supplier relationship building skills
* Ability to participate effectively as part of a team
* Highly developed planning and organizational skills
* Extremely well-developed written and verbal communication skills
