The role of a Commercial Projects Officer is to provide administrative support in the delivery and administration of commercial training programs.
This includes assisting with tasks such as maintaining accurate records, providing clear and timely information to students and clients, and contributing to a customer-focused service by supporting stakeholder communication and helping ensure accurate and up-to-date course materials and information are accessible.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting commercial training programs, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and be able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the delivery and administration of commercial training programs
* Maintain accurate records and provide clear and timely information to students and clients
* Support stakeholder communication and contribute to a customer-focused service
* Help ensure accurate and up-to-date course materials and information are accessible
Requirements:
* Experience in supporting commercial training programs
* Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
