Assist in the daily operation of food and beverage services across Mona Farm, Cedar Lodge Motel, The Albion and Provisions Deli & Crêperie.
* Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service across all guest-facing food and beverage areas.
* Support the setup, service, and pack down of weddings, events, in-house dining experiences, and workshops.
* Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth event and restaurant service delivery.
* Deliver food-related guest experiences such as cooking workshops, classes, or tastings as directed.
* Assist with the delivery of in-house meals and chef- prepared dining experiences in guest houses and private venues.
* Perform barista duties including coffee preparation and assist with coffee service and training as required.
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of food and beverage service areas.
* Support the coordination of staff during service and help guide casual team members as needed.
* Assist with stock checks, restocking supplies, and communicating inventory needs to the Manager.
* Work closely with suppliers as directed, helping with deliveries and stock rotation.
* Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, following WHS and food safety procedures.
* Assist with training new team members in service procedures and customer interaction.
* Respond to guest needs and feedback during service, escalating issues to the Manager when necessary.
* Support the implementation of service improvements and new procedures as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager.
* Contribute to a positive and professional team culture, leading by example in customer service and presentation.
* Maintain accurate end-of-shift reporting, including basic till balancing and handovers.
* Represent Mona Farm with warmth and professionalism at all times, helping to uphold the venue’s reputation for quality and care.
* Carry out other duties as required to support the broader hospitality and events team.
