Job Description:
As a ServiceNow solution architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable and maintainable ServiceNow platforms across various modules. Your expertise ensures that proposals and implementations reflect platform best practices, technical excellence, and strategic value for clients.
* You will be responsible for leading end-to-end solutioning for ServiceNow-related requests for proposal (RFPs), including requirement analysis, architecture design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
* You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules like IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), human resources service delivery (HRSD), customer service management (CSM), and custom applications.
* You will conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and present solution options.
* You will collaborate with sales, delivery, pricing, and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
* You will create high-impact proposal content that clearly communicates technical and business value.
* You will engage with clients to understand strategic needs and tailor ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
* You will ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and integration capabilities.
* You will support pre-sales activities and contribute to capability development across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
* Proven success in leading ServiceNow solutioning for complex RFPs.
* Strong consulting background with enterprise client engagement.
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration for scalable and cost-effective solutions.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities.
* Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
* Solid grasp of IT service management/ITIL frameworks and alignment with ServiceNow.
Certifications (Preferred):
* Certified ServiceNow system administrator.
* Certified implementation specialist (CIS).
* Certified application developer.
