7.6 hours per fortnight, worked on Thursdays (preferred, however negotiable)
About the role
This position provides executive assistant and administrative support to the General Manager – Calvary Hobart, along with general support for staff across both Hobart campuses, St John's and Lenah Valley.
Accountabilities and key result areas
Support with projects designated by the Calvary Hobart Executive
Relief support for tasks performed by the Executive Assistants as required
Credentialing assistant
About you
Advanced Microsoft Word skills
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
Experience working with software systems such as Equifax
High-level secretarial, organisational and communication skills
Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
