Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians, ensuring quality care is achieved. The ideal candidate will possess current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized person-centered care
* Supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
* Prioritize and organize workload to ensure delivery of care with integrity and accountability
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team setting. They will also possess effective clinical communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner.
