Role-Sr. Solution Designer- Service now
We are looking for two Solution Designers with deep expertise in ServiceNow and system integrations.We prefer candidates with Baseline clearence/NV1 clearance as we have government projects in the pipeline. Those who have ServiceNow development background are ideal as the role will require technical analysis and occasionally some coding too. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, leadership capability, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technology standards The candidate must have either ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Implementation certification in ITSM / ITOM / CSM and other ServiceNow applications.Key Responsibilities include the following:Design end to end solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.Ensure governance, quality assurance and compliance with security and architecture principles.Lead solution design and provide technical guidance to development teams.Drive improvement across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Integrations and other ServiceNow modules.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for platform optimisation and innovation
