Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Mortgage Analyst role is based in Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC. The Business Mortgage Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analysing business requirements, designing and optimising business loan processes, organising leads inflows, referrals and providing actionable insights to improve overall operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring seamless communication between business support, sales and technical teams.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Mortgage Analytical Skills to identify patterns, evaluate data, and provide actionable recommendations
* Expertise in Business Analysis and defining business requirements
* Skills in developing, mapping, and improving Business Processes
* Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders and convey technical information clearly
* Strong problem‐solving abilities and a focus on delivering results
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
* Familiarity with financial services and lending structures is advantageous
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is a plus
