About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to ensure high-quality, professional client service and to provide critical administrative support to Advisers and the technical team. Reporting directly to the Administrative Co-ordinator, some of your responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate client records and data in Xplan and SharePoint Supporting compliance, documentation, adviser diaries, and internal workflow Proactively supporting Advisers in delivering new business and ongoing services Liaising with fund managers, Centrelink, share registries and other key stakeholders Preparing client files, reports and implementation documents, including superannuation, pension and investment portfolios About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client service or financial services admin role Xplan experience preferred Diploma of Financial Services (preferred) Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity What's In It For You?
