Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Operations Management: Coordinate and facilitate the funds management platform to drive consistency, efficiency, automation, and operational best practices.
2. Committee Support: Assist in coordinating joint venture committee meetings, preparing meeting papers, and ensuring timely reporting.
3. Register Maintenance: Maintain various registers, structure diagrams, and presentations for quarterly review programs.
4. New Fund Onboarding: Assist in setting up new funds, including administrative tasks, transition meetings, and managing obligation registers.
5. Policies and Procedures: Develop, maintain, and coordinate policies, delegations of authority, charters, and procedures.
6. Communications: Draft communications for the Funds Management division, including updates, user guides, and informative correspondence.
7. Reference Materials: Assist in developing and maintaining a reference pack for the Funds Management team.
8. Obligation Management: Manage access to documents and features on the FM Hub (SharePoint portal) and external JV Portal.
9. Operational Due Diligence: Assist in drafting responses to operational-focused queries from investors.
