At our Ashburton branch, you'll be part of a team that values long-term customers relationships and getting the job done.
What You'll Do
* Supervise and coordinate a team of qualified and apprentice Service technicians, supporting them with on-the-job advice and guidance.
* Coordinate jobs and manage the work plan, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
* Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, foragers and more).
* Provide in-field breakdown support and customer service.
* Pre-assemble new machinery to support sales success.
What You'll Bring
* Certified heavy diesel mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
* Experience supporting, mentoring or training mechanics/technicians, with an enjoyment for helping others develop and grow.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
* Team player who can also work independently.
