As HR Manager, you will be critical in building a best-practice HR function that will set the agency up for long-term success.
This includes strategic planning, ongoing partnering with business leaders and developing the People & Culture function from scratch.
You will report directly to the CEO in this full-time and permanent opportunity.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop the People & Culture framework across the business and lead its implementation.
* Establish strong stakeholder engagement as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
* Create, implement and promote company HR policies and procedures across the business.
* Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, including Insurance Brokers, Underwriters and General Office Staff.
* Act as a constructive leader and coach by participating in relevant culture initiatives.
* Maintain a proactive and professional approach while being highly approachable.
To succeed in this role, you will be a seasoned People & Culture professional with expertise in a corporate or professional services landscape.
You will possess excellent knowledge of employment law and local legislation, enjoying working in a standalone and hands-on environment.
