Key Selection Criteria
We're looking for a motivated team player who aligns with our organization's vision and
values. To excel in this role, you will have:
Qualifications: Completion of an electrician apprenticeship and are a registered electrician.
Solar Expertise: Solar and battery accreditation (or working towards).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and delegate tasks to apprentices.
Licensing: A valid driver's license.
Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Independence: A motivated self-starter who can self-manage and make decisions with
minimal supervision.
Problem Solving: Initiative, creativity, and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders to reflect our
company's values and reputation.
Teamwork: Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when
required.
