Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, rolls, sourdough, pies, pastries, cakes and sausage rolls on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and bake a range of bread, rolls and sourdough daily
* Assist other tradespeople with cake and pastry preparation and presentation

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:



* A relevant trade qualification is desirable.

* A minimum of 2 years experience in baking is required.

* Self-motivation and ability to work independently are essential skills for this role.
