We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Production Planner to drive production efficiency and keep operations on track. In this role, you’ll develop and manage detailed production plans that align with daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You’ll prepare key production reports for leadership, analyse data to identify bottlenecks, and deliver solutions that boost performance. You will coordinate closely with Mardie site leaders to ensure alignment between production schedules and logistics, including shutdowns and compliance requirements. You’ll monitor production stocks, plan labour and material needs, and report on KPIs to drive improvements and cost savings. You will build solid relationships with Superintendents, Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and open communication.
If you’re passionate about optimisation and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
