About the Role:
Marketing Operations Officer
The Marketing Operations Officer plays a key part in driving business efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing division. This includes supporting general tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, maintaining documentation, conducting market research and data analysis, coordinating marketing collateral production and distribution, and contributing to database development.
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
* Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as conferences, expos, and workshops.
* Coordinate logistics including venue bookings, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to established brand guidelines.
2. Task Management:
* Support the marketing team in coordinating and prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
* Maintain project management tools and systems to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate content creation, proofreading, and approval processes to support marketing campaigns.
3. Budget Facilitation:
* Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial guidelines.
* Facilitate the creation, tracking, and processing of purchase orders and invoices, maintaining records and ensuring timely payment.
* Liaise with finance leaders in support of budget tracking and expenditure.
