* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based systems
* Maintain and troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
* Participate in projects, hardware deployments, and on-site support
* Create and update knowledgebase documentation
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a client support or service desk role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across various technologies
* Experience with enterprise environments and service level targets
* Solid documentation and communication skills
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and endpoint management tools
* Willingness to travel to sites and assist with hands-on support
