Sales Manager with Australia's Leading Home Builder

We currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a results driven sales management professional to lead Sales for one of our core Metricon brands – Dual Occupancy.

Responsibility

• Achieve sales targets for one of our core Metricon brands – Dual Occupancy
• Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies within identified markets
• Achieve monthly and annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and contract signings
• Complete reporting as per business requirements
• Recruit, manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in training support staff
• Implement strong sales strategies for Dual Occupancy to maximise efficiency and minimise costs

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior sales management position in Knock Down Rebuild required
• Significant experience managing a full P&L
• Experience developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue and KPIs
• Professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
• Proven track record in people management, leading and mentoring a workforce
• Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets
• Energetic and memorable approach with experience motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network
• A great attitude
