We are now seeking passionate and skilled Baristas & Service Staff to join our Chatswood team on a casual basis with the potential for ongoing work.
Your Role:
As part of the GODIVA team, you will deliver exceptional service and consistently high-quality products. You will demonstrate precision and craftsmanship in the preparation and serving of beverages, desserts, and pastries while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service — be the welcoming face of GODIVA, exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences.
* Prepare beverages and desserts with efficiency and precision, maintaining high quality standards.
* Meet personal daily and weekly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
* Maintain immaculate work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
* Be a chocolate expert — confidently share your knowledge of our premium chocolates, desserts, and beverages.
* Create eye-catching displays — uphold high visual merchandising standards to beautifully showcase our products.
What We're Looking For:

* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
