Nurse Unit Manager – Integrated Mental Health Inpatient Unit (IMHIU)
Join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network as a Nurse Unit Manager (RN/M3) and lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred mental health care within the Integrated Mental Health Inpatient Unit. This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to shape service excellence, drive innovation, and support positive outcomes for consumers, families, and carers.
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide operational leadership and line management to a multidisciplinary team including nurses, allied health professionals, lived experience staff, rehabilitation workers, and administrative personnel. You will be responsible for coordinating evidence-based care, managing resources, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and recovery-oriented services.
