Job DescriptionYou areSociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.Helpful and attentive, finding the right solution for all our guests.Multilingual, you master at least two languages and are comfortable with international guests.You willAssign rooms according to the sales contract by optimizing bed occupation, meals, and transfers.Edit the occupation expectations and communicate them to the services of the Village.Prepare arrivals and departures and relay the information to all services in the Village.Provide the Front Office with a list of room availability, transfers, etc.Stimulate local sales, and ensure follow-up and control (B&B, meals, transfers).Distribute all financial information to the financial service (number of clients, arrivals/departures, local sales).Respond to comments and particular inquiries from our clients.Apply Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures.Assign and train receptionists in their daily tasks.By becoming a G.O Accommodation and Reception Coordinator, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
