We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our early learning programs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
* Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) – 4 years, ACECQA approved
* Minimum 5 years practical experience in early learning settings
* At least 2 years in an early learning management role with staff supervision
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
* In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF & MTOP
* Commitment to professional boundaries and ethical practices
