Job Title: Communications Advisor
The role involves working closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns promoting health, wellbeing and safety initiatives.
This includes managing budgets, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring files are stored digitally for easy access.
* Assist in planning and tracking the communications team's budget
* Manage purchase orders and invoices for the Campaigns Team
* Oversee the digital storage of all final campaign files
* Work with suppliers and contractors to deliver communications products and projects
* Provide support to other teams as required
Requirements:
* Proficient in reading media plans and working with creative agencies
* Skilled in managing invoices and POs
* Able to track and report on campaign performance
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related field (preferred)
