With a strong focus on flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance, they are now looking to expand their Queensland practice with the addition of a Conveyancer in their Nerang or Coorparoo offices.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring compliance at every stage.
Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
Managing residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, off-plan, and transfers
Providing accurate advice to clients on property transactions and legal requirements
Ensuring compliance with all relevant property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
Handling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
Delivering high standards of client service and maintaining professional, ethical practice
Using case management systems such as TriConvey or Smokeball (desirable)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing residential transactions
Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficiency with case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
